In Chatham, I can recommend The Hawthorne (http://www.thehawthorne.com/) and The Chatham Tides (http://www.chathamtides.com/). Chatham Bars Inn (http://www.chathambarsinn.com/) is stunning, with a stunning price as well. Same goes for The Wequassett (http://www.wequassett.com/) which is technically in Harwich.

The Hawthorne is a stone%26#39;s throw from Chatham Bars Inn. I like The Hawthorne because you can actually walk to shopping and restaurants on Main St. But friends who have also stayed at Chatham Tides like its quieter location...

If price is no object then definately see if you can get in at Chatham Bars Inn. Otherwise there are beachfront accommodations in Dennisport in the $200+ range if you are visiting in high season July/August. It%26#39;s right on the beach, walking distance to Harwich Port center and restaurants, and makes a good base to visit other parts of the Cape. Check out tripadvisor reviews.
